Topknot...

Happy Friday to you all. Today's post is a quick one as I've had another busy week!
I love, love, love this coat. You'll find either myself or Sophie wearing it most days as we just can't get enough. Grey is so easy to wear as it matches up with almost every colour so it's such an easy  throw on. I have teamed this with this crop long sleeve top in nude. Another great neutral colour which gets a lot of wear. To finish my look I have added in some white jeans to brighten the look and my favourite Adiddas kicks.

Slits & Rips...

Hope you're all having a fab weekend and you're all snuggled up this evening. It's so cold outside, it even snowed last night, brr!

My outfit for today's post is very much keeping it simple. It's just a jumper, jeans and heels but each item is very detailed, which is what I think makes this look. This LookBook Store jumper is my new favourite item, the slits down the side are so cute and makes a plain jumper a bit more interesting. It is a thin jumper but does the job of keeping me warm and cosy (except the sides of course). I would suggest something high waited on your bottom half and also a coat in this very cold weather we are having. I've paired my extremely ripped jeans with my jumper, They are just so cool, I have an obsession with ripped jeans and the more rips the better! They are super casual and went so perfect for this look. Another favourite of mine, also worn in my previous post are my Lamoda heels. I'm surprised at how comfortable they are. I would definitely recommend getting these, for both look and comfort.

Sheepskin...

Happy Wednesday! Although, I have to say, I’m definitely not a big fan of this cold, dark British weather. I'm already feeling in need of another holiday!!

This jacket is a total MUST HAVE for me this winter.  The inside of the jacket has a warm and cosy feel and I couldn’t resist the chic lining and buckled cuffs. I'm 100% satisfied with this purchase and I personally think the jacket can be extremely versatile- it’s not too dressy and I absolutely loved how it fits me.
I paired it with this gorgeous all-black bodysuit which I absolutely love! Lace up body suits have been in fashion for quite some time now and are still a must have in everyone’s wardrobes. It’s a perfect dress up outfit for an evening out. The over-all outfit definitely brings out the jacket and lace up detail giving me the right bit of edginess I was looking for.
My plain and fitted black high waisted jeans are a part of my everyday wardrobe and match up with almost anything! The boots are also one of my favourites and have barely been off my feet since they arrived in my Christmas stocking. They are very easy to walk in so I would highly recommend!

I believe the jacket complimented my plain high waisted jeans and these lovely black boots. I decided to go for a simple yet comfortable and trendy all black look topping the outfit off with this warm and lovely jacket. Details below.

Flannel Shirt...

Hey Guys! Hope everyone's first week back after Christmas wasn't too bad, even though we are all relieved it's the weekend!

My outfit today is mainly In The Style, the lovely Harriet sent this gorgeous plunge bodysuit and checked flannel shirt. This bodysuit is absolute perfection. I love the material, it's super comfortable but most importantly it's supportive! I didn't need any tape, which I normally use when wearing something deep cut. As you all know Sophie and myself have a love for a checked shirts, mainly worn around our waist. We used to wear clothes around are waist as kids and always thought we were so cool, even now we think it makes us cool haha! With it being black and white it makes it all the easier to wear with anything. My jeans are a new pair of Topshop Joni's - my go to jeans! The heels, ah aren't they amazing!? I'm quite a simple dresser but love having detail in my shoes. The detail in these are stunning and I fell in love as soon as I saw them, better yet they're currently on sale in Lamoda, grab yourself a bargain! Don't forget you can use our code 'MSW10' for discount on everything In The Style! Enjoy...

December Sun...

Happy New Year to all you lovely lot! As you may have noticed myself and Emma have been rather lazy with our blog over the Christmas time. We had a much needed break from everything but we are back into it this year and promise not to leave it so long.

Today's post is all about my trip to paradise, the beautiful island of Mauritius. Mauritius has always been somewhere I have wanted to visit, so when it came to booking our holiday it was an easy decision. Myself and my boyfriend Jack had the most amazing 15 days here and stayed in the most picture perfect hotel on the island, Ambre Resort Hotel and Spa. The location was breath-taking, from the clear blue sea to the perfect white sandy beaches. We spent a lot of time mostly relaxing and making use of the hotel facilities and eating incredible food as well as visiting some of Mauritius’s top places to visit. We took a daytrip around the island on a boat and visited so many different places including the lighthouse, coconut island, and another one (which I forgot the name off but you can see in my pictures) we went snorkelling in the blue lagoon waters and ate fresh lobster and fish on the beach.
On another outing we visited the 7 coloured earth which we had heard lots about and it was great to see. We headed to a volcano and even got blessed by a Hindu in a chapel.
Overall we had the most wonderful trip and I would fully recommend Mauritius as an island.  Perfect for honeymoons too as so many people we met were there for that!
I wore a range of different outfits and I have added a few of these for you to see in my pictures. J

I hope you enjoyed this post which is slightly different to our usual but you’ll see more of this, this coming year! We are really looking forward to what 2016 will bring for My Sisters Wardrobe so keep tuning in.

Lots of love
